Aiman El-Ramly has spent more than three decades at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution—helping organizations of every size overcome barriers, scale operations, and realize lasting value. He founded AEPG to bring that experience to leaders, boards, investors, and founders who need more than advice—they need a partner who’s been in the trenches.
From his early role as a founding executive of ZEMA Global Data and ZE Power Engineering, Aiman helped transform these two ambitious family enterprises into highly decorated global leaders. He led brand development, enterprise software scaling, capital transactions, and acquisitions that reshaped entire industries. His success at ZEMA laid the groundwork for building OmniGTM.ai, an innovation platform designed to help organizations accelerate go-to-market strategies with precision.
But Aiman’s path extends far beyond enterprise software. He has also scaled operations in the nonprofit world, raising capital, aligning teams, and implementing change through barriers of limited resources and organizational resistance. He has advised governments, served global enterprises, and supported specialized SMEs—always applying the same mix of creative problem-solving, operational rigor, and strategic empathy.

Aiman is an experienced entrepreneur, board director, and corporate strategist with a proven track record of building, scaling, and transforming businesses. Over the last three decades he has helped many companies in pursuing their market objectives and most notable the ZE family enterprises.
AEPG
Initially as a creative designer and marketer helped corporations in their brand identity and market positioned. Later as a Certified Management Consultant expanded the domain to include broader go-to-market support, often in association with the IRAP program.
Developed specific and deep domain expertise across service industries including energy and commodities, data management and analytics, software development, large scale construction and engineering, real estate development and most recently strategic AI deployment.
AEPG is able to deploy on comprehensive market engagements globally, across industries and across horizontal business functions.
At Zema Global Data Corporation:
• Helped transform Zema Global Data Corporation from a boutique consultancy into a global leader in enterprise data management and analytics, contributing to the creation of the ZEMA platform.
• As former CSO, drove revenue growth, global expansion, and secured private equity investment from FTV Capital, leading acquisitions including Morningstar’s Commodity Data business and cQuant.io.
• Currently serves as Board Director, providing governance and strategic oversight for long-term success.
At ZE Power Engineering:
• Led the acquisition of ZE Power Engineering’s predecessor firm (MTT) in 2004, transitioning it into a full-service, multidisciplinary engineering design company.
• As founding executive and former CFO, drove strategic growth, talent development, and operational stability, helping the firm become a leading power engineering provider in British Columbia
• Currently serves as Board Director, focusing on corporate governance, strategic initiatives, and ensuring long-term success for clients, employees, and stakeholders.
